1. Introduction
Welcome to Enchanted (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.


2. Subscriptions

2.1 General
The App offers subscription services, including Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any related charges as they become due.

2.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Subscription: Recurs every month on the anniversary of your purchase date.
• Yearly Subscription: Recurs every year on the anniversary of your purchase date.

2.3 Free Trials

• The App may offer a free trial period for new users.
• After the trial period, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the trial.

3. Billing

3.1 Payment

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal cost will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.2 Price Changes

• We may change the subscription fees for the App, but we will notify you in advance of any changes.
• Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply at the time of renewal.

3.3 Refunds

• All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
• If you are eligible for a refund under the App Store policies, please follow the instructions provided by Apple to request a refund.

4. Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store settings on your iOS device.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.2 Effects of Cancellation

• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription services until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, you will lose access to any content or features that require a subscription.

5. Use of the App

5.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Restrictions

• You may not modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. User Content
You are responsible for any content you upload or create using the App.


7. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


8. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.
• Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App or us.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
